Once you're on board, we will send you a questionnaire to understand your preferred style, look & feel. As we want to make sure everything will fit perfectly in place we will need some photographs and measurements of your space. Don’t worry, we will send you all the information you need on how to do this with the starter pack.

Getting to know you is an
important part of the process for us. We love putting a face/ voice to each project and hearing the story behind it.

Once we have received all the information, we will get in touch (by phone, email or video-call), to discuss & create a design brief together.
Design preparation

We are now ready to create a design concept paired with moodboards, space plans, layouts and colour palettes. At this stage we will also work on your furniture and accessories selection, uniquely chosen for the design and functionality of your space.

With some visuals and layouts on hand, we can review the project together. It’s only once you’re happy with these elements that we’ll start the final design concept.

Lastly, we organise all our design ideas, tools & tips into an easy to follow e-design file. This will serve as a do-it-yourself guide to implement the design at your own pace.
